Terms of Service

Mind Reset ("the Service") is a web application that automates the creation and publishing of short-form breathing exercise and mindfulness videos to TikTok. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

The Service provides the following functionality:

• Connects to your TikTok account via TikTok Login Kit (OAuth 2.0)
• Generates original 60-second breathing exercise videos (Box Breathing, 4-7-8 technique, Quick Calm, 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding)
• Automatically publishes videos to your connected TikTok account via the Content Posting API
• All video content, background music, and visuals are programmatically generated originals — no copyrighted material is used

To use the Service, you must authenticate with your TikTok account through TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 flow. By connecting your account, you authorize the Service to:

• Access your basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar)
• Upload and publish videos to your TikTok account

You may revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings under "Manage app permissions."

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All content published to your TikTok account through the Service
• Complying with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

All breathing exercise videos, background music, and visual assets generated by the Service are original works. The Service and its underlying source code, design, and branding are the property of Mind Reset.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of TikTok's policies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its connected APIs
• Misrepresent generated content as manually created for deceptive purposes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that published content will remain available on TikTok.

In no event shall Mind Reset be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or TikTok account standing, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
